DigniLab & Print Cancellation, Refund & Liability Policy
Appointment Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment:
- 24 hours or more before your appointment:Â Any eligible deposit will be refunded.
- Less than 24 hours before your appointment or no-show:Â Deposits and prepaid service fees are non-refundable.
Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled once at no additional charge when at least 24 hours’ notice is provided.
Additional appointment changes may be subject to a rescheduling fee.
Refund Policy
Because our services involve professional labor, supplies, testing materials, and third-party processing:
- All completed services are non-refundable.
- Processing fees and third-party fees cannot be refunded once incurred.
- Fees paid to laboratories, government agencies, couriers, or other third-party providers are non-refundable.
Pricing
Prices quoted during scheduling are estimates based on the information provided.
If additional services are requested or required during your visit, your final balance may change.
Customer Responsibilities
To avoid delays or additional fees, customers are responsible for:
- Bringing valid government-issued identification
- Providing accurate information
- Arriving on time
- Bringing any required paperwork or authorization documents
DigniLab & Print is not responsible for delays or rejected submissions caused by incomplete, inaccurate, or missing information provided by the customer.
Payment Disputes
If you believe there is a billing error, please contact us first so we can resolve the issue.

Chargebacks or payment disputes for services that have already been scheduled or performed may be challenged using appointment records, signed consent forms, payment records, and service documentation.

We reserve the right to refuse future services to customers who repeatedly misuse the chargeback process.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have the right to:
- Request access to your personal information
- Correct inaccurate information
- Request deletion of information when legally permitted
Some records cannot be deleted because federal or state laws require us to retain them.
Third-Party Results & Liability
Many of our services involve independent organizations such as laboratories, government agencies, licensing boards, employers, or certified medical professionals.

These organizations—not DigniLab & Print—are responsible for:
- Testing
- Analysis
- Background check determinations
- Medical evaluations
- Processing times
- Final reports
- Employment or licensing decisions
No Guarantee of Results
While we strive to provide accurate collections and timely submissions, we cannot guarantee:
- Approval of any application
- Acceptance of fingerprints or documents
- Laboratory findings
- Processing times
- Employment or licensing decisions
- Government agency decisions
Estimated turnaround times are estimates only and may change without notice.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Some services may be delayed due to:
- Laboratory processing times
- Government agency backlogs
- FBI or state processing delays
- Fingerprint quality
- Missing information
- Additional review requested by an agency
These delays are outside DigniLab & Print’s control.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, DigniLab & Print’s liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service involved.
We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including but not limited to:
- Lost wages
- Lost employment opportunities
- Licensing delays
- Business losses
- Travel expenses
- Missed deadlines resulting from third-party processing
Dispute Resolution
If you have concerns about a service, please contact us so we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be resolved through binding arbitration as permitted by applicable law rather than through court proceedings. This does not limit any legal rights that cannot be waived under federal or Delaware law.
